Delivery
Every order is important to us. Upon receipt of your order, there is a 24-48-hour processing time for quality assurance. Once your items have been packaged, please allow from 3-9 days for delivery. We try our best to deliver our products as soon as possible, however sometimes the delivery could be delayed due to various factors. In such events we will inform you as soon as possible.
Refunds
Despite our best efforts and quality assurance processes, there may be a time where you need to return an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different. All refunds pertains to all products this must be noted within 14 days of receipt of items. All products must be unopened and in the same condition.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we cannot make exceptions to this policy. If you receive a defected process or you need any clarification regarding our refund policy, please contact us.
